Coughlin says he'll coach again in 2012 (AP)

Tom Coughlin is looking forward to the parade and a couple weeks off to reflect on the Giants' second championship in five seasons. Then he will begin preparations for defending the title. The 65-year-old coach sees no reason to retire now. "I mean, it's what I do," Coughlin said Monday morning, hours after New York beat the New England Patriots 21-17 in the Super Bowl.

MVP Manning appears on Letterman (AP)

Eli Manning tells David Letterman this Super Bowl championship is for his teammates. Manning made an appearance on "Late Show with David Letterman" on Monday, a day after the quarterback led the New York Giants to a 21-17 victory over the New England Patriots for his second title in five years.

Broncos RB Moreno faces DUI charge (AP)

Denver police say Broncos running back Knowshon Moreno faces charges of drunken driving and careless driving after getting pulled over in south Denver. Denver police Lt. Matthew Murray says Moreno was pulled over on southbound Interstate 25 around 1:30 a.m. Feb. 1 after driving 70 mph in a construction zone where the speed limit was 45 mph.

Chiefs hire Daboll to run offense (AP)

The Kansas City Chiefs hired Brian Daboll as the team's new offensive coordinator Monday, bringing in a familiar face for new head coach Romeo Crennel. Daboll spent last season in the same job for the Miami Dolphins, and the previous two years serving as Cleveland's offensive coordinator. He worked with Crennel when both were with the Patriots.
